Our Rocking Horses are very sturdily built. They are capable of holding up to 300 lbs. safety. If really abused, we would recommend only up to 150 lbs., which means we want to limit that kind of use to young children. We have found our Rocking Horses are also purchased for adult interior decorating purposes, at which time they sometimes get utilized by adults in a fun way, but maybe get abused in the wrong way.
